Carlos “El Negro” Moreno

Carlos "El Negro" Moreno is a documentary film that chronicles the life of the labor lawyer from Olavarría who was kidnapped and murdered in Tandil by the last military dictatorship. After 35 years of darkness, justice has been served in the city of Tandil. This is the first case from the dictatorship brought to trial in Tandil, for which three military personnel and two civilians were convicted.
